P.S. Another memory I love with Alkonie*. I waited ALLLLLLLLLL week for Ice Cream Cart Thursday to come around again. And it did! I figured she needed feeding practice, and maybe peer eating opportunities would be good. I got ice cream for her and for me, and was THRILLED. After my second spoonful, however, she (eating with her eyes closed) dipped her spoon into my cream! As she was on contact precautions for a nasty stomach bug, I couldn't finish it. So, after all the buildup, I thought it was hilarious that I only had two spoonfuls. This week I ate the whole thing, though :)
